Hi everyone!

 

My name is Jennifer, owner of Bark Confections and Birch Bark Confections. Baking has been a passion of mine since I was a child. I always wanted to crack the eggs and knead the dough. As I got older my curiosity pushed me to become a self-taught baker. I tried my hand at baking breads, cookies, and even fondant cakes, but it wasn't until recently that I truly let my passion envelop me. I’m a former nurse turned baker, and I love it! 

Bark Confections is my passion project, started in 2018, where I focus all my creativity on making custom cakes and desserts for all your most special occasions.

 

Birch Bark Confections is my cupcake shop, opened in 2023, offering an impressive selection of mini cupcakes & treats that are prepared with love and creativity.
